To apply for one of our rental properties follow the steps below:
Fill out an Application to Rent Form for each adult over the age of 18 who will be living with you. Please read the instructions carefully.
Once you have completely filled out your Application to Rent form then fax it to (530) 869-5533, or you may drop it off at our office located at 305 Wall Street, Chico Ca 95928.
Note: If you do not financially qualify then you will need to download and print our Guarantor Form. Please include a copy of the guarantor’s driver’s license when you either mail, fax or drop off your paperwork. Incomplete paperwork will not be processed.
We will not accept incomplete forms and can not process any applications without the full application fee. An additional fee shall be required to process a guarantor. APPLICATION AND PROCESSING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
